Sales Associate

ENA2 Innovative Consulting Inc. is an Engineering Firm which specializes in Engineering Services, Software Sales and Technical Training.

ENA2 is seeking to hire a Sales Associate who is looking to grow with our organization. The ideal candidate would be able to sell very reputable and high-end software and engineering services.

Responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to:

  • Promote and sell software and engineering capabilities.
  • Prepare plans and strategies for developing businesses and achieving the company’s sales goals.
  • Grow sales towards existing customers through exceptional sales support as well as the introduction of new/existing products and services.
  • Lead the development of pricing strategy, profitability analysis and subsequent implementation of customer base and new sales.
  • Facilitate technical presentations and discussions with customers
  • Analyze results of monthly sales reports and work with the management to adapt the strategic sales plan.
  • Ensure the team meets and/or exceeds client expectations through frequent communication with clients and ENA2 Innovative Consulting’s delivery team.
  • Prepare proposals, including executive summaries, project descriptions (qualification summaries), matrices and CVs as required.
  • Conduct post-proposal evaluations and client debriefs to obtain insights for improving the proposal process.
  • Work to reach the company’s strategic targets and objectives and adapt them to the challenges of the market.
  • Travel to meet current/potential customers and to attend industry events.

Basic Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business Development or Marketing
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Demonstrated ability in developing new clients through building and maintaining a sales funnel
  • Self-motivated with the initiative to go above and beyond the task at hand.
  • Effective multitasker who is capable of handling shifting priorities within a demanding deadline-orientated environment.
  • Proven track record of expanding revenues through establishing new accounts to achieve sales targets
  • Ability and self-confidence to organize, conduct and facilitate project meetings.
  • Strong English language and writing skills – including attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit material, as well as an aptitude for understanding technical terminology.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong, positive internal and external relationships with a range of stakeholders from senior-level management to design and administrative staff.
  • Strong computer skills: Proficiency in MS Office; Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign and Photoshop is desirable.
  • Flexibility to work overtime to meet proposal deadlines as required.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Possess the legal right to work in Canada.

Job is performed in an office environment and site travel may be required, depending on the project
