Noise Impact Assessment Industrial Sector Analysis
All facilities need to submit a noise impact assessment report according to the regulations of the applicable jurisdiction. An NIA contains information comparing Cumulative Sound levels from all the significant noise sources in the facility combined with ambient sound level to the Permissible Sound Level to determine compliance. An NIA is essential during the approval process of a new project, any future extension of an existing plant, and a complaint mediation.
