Aeroacoustics is a branch of acoustics that studies noise generation via either turbulent flows or aerodynamic forces interacting with surfaces. Noise generated by HVAC ducts, pipe networks, sunroof, car side mirrors, airplane landing gears, cavitation, compressors, wind turbines, etc. can be predicted either by direct computational aeroacoustics (CAA) or acoustic analogy modeling, performed on high fidelity CFD solvers. ENA2 Computational fluid dynamics specialists have the right tools and extensive experience to perform aeroacoustics studies for our customers.
